慢病是威胁人类健康的公共卫生问题，包括高血压、糖尿病、脑卒中、冠心病压等。慢病管理防大于治，常规慢病管理主要靠患者自我检测。但在乡村，村民本身不够重视，存在操作不规范、设备老化、遗忘测量、测量时间不规律、缺少长期记录等诸多问题，导致很难有效实现慢病管理。而到医院检查又需挂号，排队，费时费力，成本很高。所以不少慢病患者渐渐只能是“慢病不管”了。

　　为规范慢病随访，在市卫生健康局指导下，市二院医疗集团引进“公共卫生慢病随访包”。9月20日，公共卫生慢病随访包的工程师来到平度市第二人民医院，现场为我院公卫人员和辖区内乡医进行培训，现场指导如何使用及操作步骤。培训后，我院公卫人员积极学习，认真思考，并且下村实际操作，学会操作后帮助乡医解决具体操作问题。对于一些乡医操作还有些不熟悉的情况，我院积极安排公卫人员，下村为乡医讲解疑惑并在现场为其实际操作。
